How do I place an order?

To place an order you can either,

  • Give us a call where one of our team will manage the order for you and talk you through the process.

  • You can send us an email to stating the product you require, how many items you would like and also the logo you wish to be on the product.

How will you brand my products?

At Direct Print & Promotions we have a multitude of different branding methods available. We can screen print, pad print, dye sublimate, engrave, emboss, hot foil and even 3D laser engrave. The product you would like to order will more often than not decide what branding method we use. Each product on our website shows the best available branding method however if you want more info just give us a ring. From here we then use your EPS or Adobe Illustrator artwork and go to proofing to show you how the products will look when complete. For full colour items we require a high resolution PDF or Jpeg file.

What if I don't have a high resolution logo or EPS file?

Don't worry, if you do not have high resolution or EPS artwork, we can help re draw your logos so they are of the highest quality and there is only a very small charge for this service. We require high res artwork simply so that the finished product is of the best possible quality. Full colour logos we require as PDF or Jpeg files. For more help call our team.

How soon can I receive my products?

This very much depends on the type of product you require. The majority of our promotional products take around 5-7 working days to be delivered, however bigger orders or more bespoke items can take a little longer. Check under the product pages on our website for more accurate leadtimes. For items needed quicker then 5 days give us a ring and we can offer express turn around on some products.

How will I receive my products?

All our products are safely shipped via numerous reliable couriers. As stanard, we send our items on a tracked & signed for next day delivery service.

What is a set up charge or origination?

The set up charge, also known as origination, is simply the cost of setting up your logo on our machines. Origination covers the cost of making up print screens, print plates, dies etc and are applicable to each order.

How do I know what my products will look like?

Before we begin with production we send on screen proofs/visuals that show the product you have chosen along with your logo. Once approved by yourselves we can then proceed with mass production.

Can I see physical samples before ordering?

Yes you can! At Direct Print we always advise clients to order a sample of the product you are interested in to see its size & quality before ordering. The majority of our products are sent to you for free however more expensive items may have to be charged for.
